Park Rules

General Rules

  • We all hate rules; however, these guidelines have been set up for comfort, convenience, and most importantly, the safety of everyone.
  • Cedar Groves recommends that you carry full coverage insurance on your unit; we do not carry liability, fire, or theft insurance on your RV.
  • You are responsible for keeping your site clean and free of litter. When you depart you are to leave the site in the same condition as it was on your arrival date. We will charge for cleanup if you leave items behind for us to dispose of.
  • Our posted speed limit in all areas of the park is 5 MILES PER HOUR while entering,
    leaving, or driving to other areas of the park.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you register as a monthly guest and you stay less than a month, your rent is treated as a weekly rental. If you stay less than one week, you will be charged a daily rate.
  • Any refunds due to guest will be put back on your credit card. If you do not check out through the office when you depart with your final meter reading, you will not be due any credit of any unused portion of your deposit. Remember you are still liable for the electrical balance if your deposit does not cover the final bill.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are welcome with the following restrictions:
  • Must be non aggressive towards people or other dogs.
  • Must be always kept on a leash.
  • Do not leave unattended at the campsite.
  • You must clean up after your pets.
  • Owners are responsible for their pets actions.
  • No walking pets on sites other than your own.

Additional Policies

  • Space is rented to owner occupied units only. One family per unit. No sub leasing or rental of units will be allowed.
  • Space is to be occupied only by those people paid in the original lease unless arrangements have been made in the office. Otherwise, you will be charged an additional fee per person, per day.
  • Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guest while in the park. If any guest causes a disturbance or problem for other campers, we reserve the right to have them leave the park immediately. Continued disregard for this rule can and will result in loss of residency.
  • No parking or driving on grass.
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR ELECTRICAL FAILURES IN YOUR UNIT caused by power surges, lightning, or outages. We strongly suggest that you use surge protecters in your unit especially on all electronics, computers, TV’s, microwaves, and home entertainment systems.
  • Sex offenders are prohibited from use of property.
  • The cutting or trimming of live trees and live plants is strictly prohibited. If you have limbs that require attention it is your responsibility to notify the office.
  • Propane Hours:
    Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
    Saturday 8:00am to 12:00 noon
    We do not fill propane on Sundays.
  • Due to liability, we do not fill Motor Homes.
  • Your site must remain clean and free of clutter and trash during your stay. You are allowed to have 1 plastic storage cabinet outside your unit.
  • No tractor trailers or tractor type trucks are allowed in the park.
  • No additions or attachments to your unit. Only factory installed awnings, zip on screen rooms, and pull outs are allowed. You can not use wood, tarps, plastic sheeting, or canvas to create an awning or addition to your unit.
  • Alcoholic beverages must be confined to your own campsite. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pavilion, pool, or any building located within the park.
  • No clotheslines of any type are allowed.
  • No loud radios, TV’s, or musical instruments. Be considerate of others. Quiet time is 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM.
  • No car repairs, not even oil changes are allowed in the park.
  • No all-terrain vehicles allowed in the park at any time.
  • Our sewer line and toilet facilities are designed for human waste only. Do not flush bulky items, like diapers, table garbage, or other solids through sewer lines or drains.
  • Dumpster Pick Up: we provide this service for you three times per week at the main disposal unit up front, garbage must be placed inside the dumpster not on the outside or top.
  • Our waste disposal company charges hefty fines if garbage is on top, please wait on placing trash if the dumpster is full.
  • We have pickups scheduled for Mondays, Wednesday and Friday each week.
  • No commercial or bulky waste is allowed; the dumpster is for household waste only.
  • Do not leave trash outside your unit, it attracts bugs and rodents.
  • Three Strikes Rule: If we receive a valid complaint against you or your guest violating our rules, you will be given verbal &/ or written warnings by our staff. The warning will be “Notice to vacate the premises” with no refund of rent paid.
  • Any conduct that requires the presence of law enforcement officers will result in a review by the management of Cedar Groves to determine whether you will be permitted to remain a resident of Cedar Groves.
